United Way Event With Michael Carter -- Event

Last Wednesday evening, Michael Carter, board chair-elect for United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, graciously opened his home for a networking event with current and potential donors to United Way.

Gs Visit to the Pumpkin Patch -- Portraits

I recently met G and her mom and dad at Honeysuckle Hill Farm's pumpkin patch in Springfield. It was a beautiful day with yummy golden fall sunlight. This terrific family was referred to me by my dear friend Melanie (of whose little one I'll be posting pictures of soon). Stacey, it was such a pleasure to meet your wonderful family. I had so much fun taking pictures of G, and I look forward to working with you all again. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Carrie and Issac's Wedding -- Maplewood at Lynchburg

On October 6, I had the distinct pleasure of photographing Carrie and Issac's wedding. Carrie and Issac chose a most beautiful place to hold their wedding -- the historic Maplewood in Lynchburg. Nestled in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, this bed and breakfast was just overflowing with charm. And, this perfect setting was topped off with warm, golden sunlight on Saturday.

Many of the fantastic little details of the wedding, such as the wish tree, were planned by the up and coming event coordinator Matt Worley (check back, as I'll post a link to his site as soon as it's up and running!) And props to my sis-in-law Mandie for doing such a fantastic job assisting / second shooting!

Carrie and Issac, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day. The wedding was beautiful! I hope you enjoy this "not-so-short" sneak peek of your pictures. The rest will be along soon!
